On the ice
Made for wobbly first steps and confident laps alike
Our fully covered rink is real ice, with an outdoor ice path that takes you around the famous Cheshire Oak tree. Marshals skate with you throughout, and skate aids are £5 per person — available on a first-come, first-served basis on the day — so nobody has to spend the session clinging to the barrier.

Juniors (4–9) must be accompanied on the ice by a full paying adult, so a Junior ticket cannot be booked on its own. Pre-booked tickets receive priority access on arrival. Group bookings of 10 or more, please contact the box office. Sip & Skate includes a 45 minute session followed by a drink at the bar — drinks are served after skating, not on the ice.

The village bar pours mulled wine, spiced cider and hot chocolate in keepsake festive mugs. Around the square you will find bratwurst, loaded fries, crêpes and roasted chestnuts — plus a heated seating area to watch the skaters from.
